How much is the application fee?

There is a $40 application fee per tenant. We do not charge an application fee for co-signers.  All co-signers must sign the lease as a tenant.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

What is required to move-in?

If applicant is accepted, last month's rent plus a security deposit is to be paid in full upon signing of the lease agreement. First month’s rent is paid prior to receiving the keys.

How long is the lease?

We typically offer one-year leases.  After you complete your first year's lease, you can then renew for another full year.

What are the amenities included in the rent?

The amenities vary per building. Please contact us for any specific questions.

Can I use my security deposit for rent?

No. The security deposit cannot be used towards rent. Your security deposit is used for any property damage that you may incur. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

When can I expect my security deposit to be returned?

The security deposit will be refunded minus any charges within 45 days from the end of the lease.

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent by mailing a check or through the free online payment system. Either works for us as long as you pay by the 5th of each month.
